About Dr. Megan Cook, DC
Dr. Megan Cook, DC, is a Functional Medicine Physician at Aligned Modern Health with clinical expertise in hormone health, digestive disorders, stress resilience, and whole-body wellness. Her approach blends evidence-based functional testing, lifestyle medicine, and personalized nutrition to address the root causes of health concerns and support long-term transformation.
Dr. Cook believes deeply in the power of small, consistent changes over time and in the body’s innate capacity to heal when supported holistically. She works collaboratively with patients to build individualized care plans that promote sustainable improvements in energy, mood, metabolism, and overall function.
She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree as valedictorian of her class at Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida and holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition, Foods and Exercise from Virginia Tech. Dr. Cook completed a clinical internship at the Central Iowa VA Hospital, where she gained broad interdisciplinary experience across primary care, cardiology, psychology, dietetics, and rehabilitation services.
A former NCAA volleyball athlete, Dr. Cook brings a unique blend of clinical insight and athletic perspective to her care. She is passionate about helping patients recover from pain and dysfunction while building resilient health that supports their lifestyle, goals, and long-term well-being.
